Sales (Construction’ Division)
A fantastic opportunity for a Field Sales Executive has arisen within the Sage Construction Division responsible for mid range New Customer acquisition, Base Customer Management, growth, business development and delivering sales revenues for the Construction related Estimating, Cost Planning/Bill Production & Post Contract arena.
The key areas of responsibility are proactively identifying and focusing on initiating new contacts, winning new business and generating revenues through new/existing customer field visits, marketing and seminar based activities. You will own the customer welcome cycle through effective pre and post sales management and planning for growth. You will report all pipeline, appointments, sales and business plans to the Head of Sales as required and liaise with Marketing to feed into promotional activity and feedback on the success of the campaigns.
This role requires someone with Estimating new business and base sales experience or who has related Estimating experience through working within the construction or construction software industry. You need to have exceptional customer focus, be a strong team player, have a desire to achieve targets and a passion to develop your own skills. You should have a sound commercial awareness and excellent verbal and written communication skills. An understanding of key commercial drivers within the Construction Estimating process in the construction marketplace and a sound understanding of Sales & Account Management techniques is also required to be successful in this role.
