EVision construction ERP software is a set of business application modules for organisations engaged in the fields of contracting and subcontracting. Originally developed for the construction sector, the software can be quickly applied to other market sectors and industries. The design takes full advantage of the system architecture and development tools provided within Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV. The result is a fully integrated set of software modules that combine ease of use with rapid access to information.
EVision Payroll System
The EVision Payroll product has been designed as an integral element of the Microsoft® EVision Database. This provides a payroll system, incorporating the same easy-to-use interface as in all areas of EVision/Microsoft Dynamics™ NAV. The Payroll products conforms to the latest government legislation for tax and National Insurance, giving the user the capability to amend tax rates, in line with government legislation changes.
Flexible Payroll System
User definable payment types and deductions make the payroll system flexible enough to meet most requirements, with the added facility of being able to specify the General Ledger accounts to which each pay addition and deduction will be posted. The system can handle multiple pension schemes per company, and employees can belong to more than one scheme. Payroll provides in-depth payment analysis and summaries via standard reports, and new reports can be defined using the Report Designer tools provided.
Employee Details
Comprehensive employee details are held, including name and address, comments, pictures, tax code, NI details and year-to-date figures.
