The CIT Post Contract module from the CIT construction software range has been designed to compliment the estimating/pre-contract modules, and extend the information forward to the surveying department. The system provides an auditable pathway from pre-to-post contract, whereby post tender /pre-contract changes may be affected prior to the commencement budgets being set. This project information is then inherited by the surveyor, complete with all estimating assumptions and detail
Budgets can be defined under any reported structure, be they cost ledger or client contract sum analysis driven. The information is then presented in three clear ways to the surveyor for internal (net cost) valuations, external (client) valuations, and sub-contract valuations.

- Inheriting ALL pre-contract tender data (inc rate build-ups and full package analysis/content). N.B. Original tender budgets are recorded and frozen in the system.
- Supports Internal, External & Sub-Contract Valuations
- Variations & Re-measures, Materials on-site & day works all available supported by the full take-off and estimating functions of the system.
- All standard method libraries available to facilitate pricing of variations
- Re-measure by take-off, quantity, percentage complete, lump sum by individual item, bill/section/page to any defined range.
