Gateway 2000 construction estimating software is the estimating departments information Gateway through which, all formats of structured electronic BQ's are captured, edited and validated prior to commencement of the pricing process in core CIT. The module can run stand-alone for use solely by an estimating administrator, or alongside the core estimating application.
Headline Functions:
- Editing electronic BQ's (Word, Excel, Ascii, *.txt, *.csv)
- Importing accredited & non-accredited CITE (.ebq) files
- Full editing, re-numbering capabilities
- Recognises Scottish and Civils BQ's (i.e. where the quantities and units are transposed)
- Scanning for recognition of hard copy BQ's (>95%+ success rates)
- Manual/ Rapid BQ entry
CIT estimating also supports direct importation from accredited CITE sources and directly from Excel™.
