Tekton Group Ltd has acquired SiteStream Software Ltd from its U.S. owner Mitek Systems, adding a fourth location to Tekton in Farnham, Surrey and a fifth in St Louis, Missouri.
This acquisition enhances our ability to provide both current and new customers with an even wider portfolio of integrated and standalone best-in-class products. Most importantly, it increases our expertise in the industries we currently focus on, expanding our capabilities to serve additional markets with the same commitment to quality and service that our customers expect from Tekton today.
SiteStream is the most advanced commercial business system available to housebuilders, with clients such as Gleeson Homes, Cala Homes,Bloor Homes,Galliford Try, David Mclean Homes. Its sales have grown by 25% year on year in2006 with a doubling of profits. The company  has already started to penetrate the US market and is increasing its geographic spread by appointing distributors in Australia and South Africa.
SiteStream and EVision already have common customers where we have already developed some integration between the two product sets. This integration work will now accelerate to deliver a fully integrated Financials and Commercials system to the housebuilding market in the UK and Ireland.
