 We are pleased to announce the acquisition of the company by Sage (UK) Limited, part of The Sage Group plc (“Sage”). Sage is a leading global supplier of business software, which employs over 13,000 people worldwide and serves over 5 million customers around the world. Sage is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a FTSE 100 business.
Sage’s vision is to be the “business software company that everyone recommends”. The acquisition of Tekton will help them progress towards achieving this vision in Construction through strengthening their software and service portfolio and offering all customers a greater choice.
